Usage data via Google Analytics (GA4). When you visit our site, Google Analytics automatically collects anonymised information including your approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, pages visited, and time spent. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. Your IP address is anonymised before it reaches Google's servers.

Tool inputs. Values you enter into our calculators and tools (e.g. salary, EMI amounts, text) are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or log these values on our servers.

Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. These are stored securely in our database and used only to respond to your enquiry.

Feedback. Optional text feedback submitted through certain AI tools is stored to improve those tools.

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session state) and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any tool on this site.

Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP addresses) for security and performance. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Google Gemini API — some AI tools (article generator, summariser, rewriter) send your input text to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Do not submit personally sensitive information through these tools.

Frankfurter API — our currency converter calls this free public API for live exchange rates. No personal data is sent.

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months by default. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely to improve tool quality.

You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted (contact messages, feedback) by emailing us at contact@techwebtools.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase your data.

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
